Finding Sabrina, Part 2
When life goes wrong, can it ever be made right?
Five years ago... Sabrina left Boston anticipating her stay back home to be full of joy and hope. Instead, she became the leading role in her own living hell. Nothing more than a shadow of her former self, she escapes a malevolence determined to break her, and returns to Boston, trying to regain a semblance of the girl she once was.
The girl without nightmares.
The girl without shame and fear.
Five years ago... Chase lost his heart and has compared every woman he encounters to the green-eyed beauty he met on the yacht. His life didn’t turn out quite the way he expected, but he has grown stronger through his trials. Now, a marriage deadline is looming and the woman he wants seems to be a ghost trapped in his past.
Fate brought them together. Evil tore them apart.
Can Chase lead Sabrina into the light before she’s lost to the darkness forever?

ABOUT ME
Dreams always seem to inspire my writing.
I started my first writing journal in 7th grade after a dream about my favorite boy band. A dream also inspired the writing of The Life of Anna and Distorted Hope. I dreamed I was kidnapped with Adam Savage from Mythbusters and taken to Mexico. That dream ultimately morphed into the book now known as Distorted Hope.
I never set out to become a published author. I never imagined that there were other people out there with twisted minds like my own. But after sharing rough drafts of The Life of Anna, I decided to be brave and publish the first part of Anna's story, Enslaved. When The Life of Anna took off as it did, I was in complete shock. The success of the books humbled and encouraged me. I've made such good friends through my writing and I can't imagine ever stopping.
I write for myself, but always keep my reader's hearts in mind. I follow my characters' lead and sometimes they lead me into the darkness, but there's always light somewhere, if you look hard enough.
I love hearing from my readers. They keep me going; keep me writing. An author is nothing without a reader.

When Christopher “Chase” Ralston graduates at the top of his class from West Point, his only aspiration is to follow in his late father’s footsteps and join the elite Green Berets. He expects to spend his summer leave visiting with family and friends before heading off for training.
Love is the last thing on his mind, but a glimpse of a young woman has him questioning his desire to remain single.
Banished because he dared to become more than human, Vamar Thilduri has been waiting, plotting his revenge against Kronos, the father of the Immortals, for two thousand years.
Nothing and no one will stand in the way of what he wants.
And he wants Sabrina.

An Interview with Devin Andersen

As an author, I know that characters often take on lives of their own. But what would you do if you received a phone call from someone you thought only existed in the pages of your book?
That is exactly what happened to me, Marissa Honeycutt, author of The Life of Anna.
Imagine my complete shock when I was called upon to perform an extraordinary and revolting task: travel to Russia to speak to one hailed by many as their all-time favorite villain. No one begins life as an evil son of a...well, you know, including Devin. Believe it or not, there was a time when our villain was a young man in love.
So what happened? Join me as I delve deep into the mind of Devin Andersen, to find out how the man became the monster.
